Whether you are the face of your brand or just want to have glowy skin in the winter months, it always feels good to have good skin days! Today I’m sharing my top 3 “secrets” to help you get the glowy skin you have always wanted.

1 – Stay Hydrated

The first tip is not the sexiest but it’s probably the most important – stay hydrated! Drinking lots of water each day not only makes you feel good on the inside but it shows through your skin. Dehydration can have a drying effect on the skin which, when coupled with central heating & cold weather reduces your glow. Aim for 2-3 litres each day & you will begin to notice a difference.

2 – The Base

A healthy base also makes a huge difference when it comes to glowing skin. One of my holy grail products is Arbonne’s Genius Resurfacing Pads. I use these almost every night but you might need to build up to this in the beginning. Since using these regularly I have noticed my skin is much more even toned & has less dryness. It does include a botanical retinoid so it’s important to use an SPF each morning.

3 – Add Your Glow

To really get a healthy glow adding a glowing product makes a huge difference. I love the Vita Liberata Beauty Blur which does just that. I tend to mix a pump in with my foundation for a really glowy, even skin tone. I have had so many more compliments about my skin since adding this into my makeup routine. You can also wear it alone if you want a make-up free day with a hint of glow!
