5 THINGS I LOVED IN APRIL

Welcome to my brand new series where each month I will be sharing 5 things which I’ve loved each month. Whether that’s products, people, things I’ve done or items I’ve consumed, they will all be here.
When I used to write my lifestyle blog, Conversations with Caroline, sharing favourites & monthly recaps were some of my favourite posts to write so I decided to combine the two into a “what I love” post.

What I loved in April
April has been a positive month for me, we had a hot Easter weekend where the sun shone which I think makes a huge difference to my mood. I’ve also started working with a new Instagram client (click here to find out about our packages) and launched a brand new course with the True You School of Yogic Science, click here to read my announcement blog post.

1 – Game of Thrones – Yes, I am all about the GOT hype & in April Game of Thrones returned for its final season, welp! We are now halfway through with 3 more episodes to go. Who will survive? Who will end up on the Iron Throne? There are so many answers which I hope we get to the answers to!
2 – Tom Walker – I love to work with my Spotify playing & recently I have been loving the Tom Walker album, What a Time to Be Alive!
3 – Collaborations – April has seen two fantastic collaborations for The Content Edit. I have joined Girl About as their content expert in the Girl About Academy. In April I attended their live event in Leeds to share my tips on creative writing & blogging. We also collaborated with the True You School of Yogic Science to create a brand new online course called Teach Yoga, Make Money. Within the course, I share all of my strategy around brand building & content creation to help yoga teachers build a business which makes them money!

4 – Easter Bank Holiday – This year Easter arrived very late into April, it was a glorious weekend here in Yorkshire where the sun shone. Over the weekend myself & Keil went for a Bottomless Prosecco dinner at Banyan in Ilkley & went for walks along the canal in the sunshine (with a drink or two at the designated pub stops).
5 – Sugar Skull Launch – At my business, Voltage Sport, we launched a brand new t-shirt collection which I absolutely love. It was inspired by our love of sport & our trip to Mexico last year. Check out the full collection here.
So that was it for April & my first in the what I’ve loved series! What was your favourite thing to experience in April?
